Pros: -clean, tidy, excellent rooms for a cheap price -easy access -free breakfast when I booked the room -> the breakfast had every single thing you could think of! Honestly, was amazing! -free wifi, which is given for all the hotels.

The room was spacious, and the bed was highly comfy. We were allotted a room with a balcony view, but the air conditioner was not working. When we complained about the problem, the hotel staff allotted us a new room on another floor, but there was no balcony view. One issue we observed was that it was two mattresses instead of one single king-size or queen-size fitting mattress. The breakfast was quite good, and it had corn flex, eggs, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, juice, fruits, and multiple tarts. A very good value for money hotel.

We had a really good stay here. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable with good natural light. The location is good but not great. It's not very close to the city/attractions, but there are two bus stops very close to the hotel that can take you to Porta Nuova and Porta Susa (Bus numbers 55 and 58) with frequent buses. We had a 48-hr city transport pass and we had no problems using the buses and metro in the city. The breakfast was decent, with a spread of cereal and meusli, bread, cake/pastries, fruits, coffee, eggs, yogurt, cut meat and juice. There was not much of variety (for example, there was no wholewheat/gluten free options) but it was quite good, nevertheless. I had a sore throat and I ran down to get hot water from the reception twice or thrice everyday and the staff was very patient and courteous to smile and hand me hot water every time.

I stayed at the hotel for 7+1 nights. The staff at reception were exceptional. Big thanx to Olsen, Livia, Alan, Salvatore, Roberta, Emanuel and Danilo for all of your help and patience. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable King Size bed. Thank you to Housekeeping. Breakfast was very satisfactory with the staff always willing to provide more. Well done to the staff at the restaurant and kitchen. The hotel is very conveniently placed in a quiet part of the city, with a park right across and public transport readily available to take you into the busier parts of the city. Bus stops right in front of the hotel. And don't worry about getting to the airport on time. A very pleasant and professional taxi driver, Emanuel, will take you there on time and in style!

Room was clean and nice, Staff was ready to help, but not all of the staff at the reception knew English, so communication was sometimes difficult. Breakfast was good.

When I come to Turin I always choose this hotel. I have stayed at the hotel several times already. I really like everything! The breakfast is very tasty and the staff is very polite! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

The breakfast was wonderful, the room was warm and clean and the staff were so helpful and nice that I ended up staying more than I had originally planned to. The bed was very comfy, and the hotel was clean. It was also very quiet and I was able to sleep very well. Highly recommended.
